HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?
Dotcom processes your data for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected and in accordance with our personal data retention policies. In certain cases, some legal provisions may require or allow us to keep the data for a longer period.
The data retention period depends mainly on the following:
- The period we need to provide you with the requested products and fulfill our obligations to you and for the purposes mentioned above in this Policy;
- if you have a customer account opened on the Online Store website. In this case, we will keep your data for as long as this customer account is active, but not longer than 5 (five) years from the date of the last login to the account or the last order in the Online Store (without authentication to the account); notify you before closing your customer account and deleting all data associated with that customer account;

In order to provide you with the products ordered in the Online Store, we will share your data with our trusted partners, empowered to use the data provided strictly for the object of the contract that outlines the collaboration with them. We carefully select partners and suppliers who perform support operations on our behalf. We only share with them the personal data necessary to carry out the specific activities that we entrust to them.
When we outsource certain activities to our trusted partners, we make all reasonable efforts to verify in advance that they ensure the protection of your data through strict data security measures and we will conclude data processing contracts with each one.
More specifically, the types of processors (our suppliers and partners) to whom we transmit personal data for the performance of the functions and services necessary for the operation of the Online Store's activities are:

- the provider of the application for managing warehouse operations and product pick-up points, or who helps us print and deliver invoices for delivered products;

- the provider of the WMS application for managing warehouse operations and product pick-up points, or who help us print and deliver invoices for delivered products;
- the provider of mobile telephony services that help us keep in touch with you, located in Romania;
- couriers with whom we deliver the products purchased by you
- payment processors who are authorized by us to intermediate payments in the 3D Secure system
We also share your data with our partners for marketing purposes
In order to provide you with products tailored to your interests and preferences, we process certain data with some partners who help us target you with personalized offers, such as: (i) processing data through the Facebook platform to send you personalized offers through targeted ads using the Custom Audiences feature on customer lists, or (ii) processing data to send you personalized offers based on online behavioral advertising run with Google AdWords. Transmission of data to public authorities and institutions or judicial bodies
We may transmit some of your personal data to the competent public authorities or institutions, when required by law (e.g. fraud investigation; prevention of money laundering; submission of statements, financial statements to the tax authorities, etc.), or we may transmit this data to the courts when defending ourselves in court, or before other public authorities.
Access for auditors and consultants
If we decide in the future to dispose of the online store we will cafea-prajita.ro provide access to or transmit to auditors and potential buyer consultants the data of our customers to carry out the necessary audit for the business. WHEN DO WE TRANSFER YOUR DATA OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION OR EEA?
As a rule, your data is not stored in a country outside the European Union or the European Economic Area ("EEA").
However, some data may be transferred to our partners who help us operate the activities of the Online Store and are located outside the European Union. However, with each of these partners we have made reasonable efforts to ensure that adequate data protection measures are in place.
Specifically, our service provider that helps us send you email notices (MailChimp), is located in the USA (outside the EU), and with them we have agreed Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCS).

If we transfer your data to other partners/suppliers of Dotcom It Pro SRL located in countries that do not ensure an adequate level of protection of the data transmitted, we undertake to take all necessary measures to ensure that those partners/suppliers comply with the terms and conditions set out in this Policy. Such measures may also include the implementation of data protection standards (ex. ISO 27001), standard contractual clauses adopted by the Commission of the European Union, as well as systems of direct control of these mechanisms.
HOW DO WE ENSURE THE SECURITY OF YOUR DATA?
Dotcom provides the necessary technical and organizational measures for the collection, processing and storage of data securely, including against unauthorized access, unauthorized use of data, or destruction, loss or alteration of data. We are committed to keeping your personal data safe and take all reasonable safeguards to do so.
We implement systematic training processes for people responsible for IT security and monitoring and auditing the security of IT systems and infrastructures according to the internal policies of Dotcom It Pro SRL.
In addition, we make all reasonable efforts to ensure (including through contracts concluded with them) that our trusted partners also manage appropriate technical and organizational measures for the processing of the data we share with them.
WHAT RIGHTS AND CHOICES DO YOU HAVE REGARDING YOUR DATA?
We want to make sure that at all times you have full control over your data and that you can effectively exercise your rights and choices under the GDPR.
To ensure that you have effective control of your data, we inform you that you have the following possibilities based on the technologies you have at your disposal:
- you can manage from your customer account the direct access, rectification or deletion of the data available in your customer account in the Online Store;
